01 — WINDOW24 HOURS
Exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your order.
02 — CONDITIONUNUSED
Items must be unused and accompanied by a valid order number. Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for exchange.
03 — ELIGIBLESWAP IT
Exchanges are available for damaged, defective, incorrect, missing items, or another available product.
04 — WRONG ORDERSEND PROOF
For damaged or incorrect orders, contact us within 24 hours with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
05 — SHIPPINGON YOU
Customers are responsible for exchange shipping fees unless the error is made by CTRL ZED.
06 — REFUNDSNO REFUNDS
Refunds are not available.
