Refund & Exchange Policy

* Exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your order.
* Items must be unused and accompanied by a valid order number.
* Exchanges are available for damaged, defective, incorrect, missing items, or another available product.
* Refunds are not available.
* Customers are responsible for exchange shipping fees unless the error is made by CTRL ZED.
* For damaged or incorrect orders, contact us within 24 hours with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
* Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for exchange.
